Position: Digital Print Shop Operator

Location: Irvine, California

Job Description:

We are looking to add an open-minded enthusiastic member to our team as a Digital Print Shop Operator. Experience in graphic design, bindery, and printing is recommended but not required as we are willing to teach you everything you need to know! As a Digital Print Shop Operator, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various printing operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the graphics team with tasks related, image editing, and prepress preparation.
• Operate and maintain printing and bindery equipment under supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control and timely completion of print projects.
• Willingness to learn techniques, and procedures to enhance skill set and contribute to the team's success.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting with print job setup and preparation
• Oversee packaging and shipping department.
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the production process to manage expectations and provide updates.
• Work in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
• Able to multi-task effectively and prioritize demanding workflow.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding or interest in print production, bindery processes, and graphics software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
