We’re seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Digital Project Manager / Construction Manager (Digital PMCM) to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for professionals with a background in civil, construction, or electrical engineering who have hands-on project delivery experience and are comfortable using modern project and quality management platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring their own tools and systems, work independently, and contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead and manage infrastructure or facility projects from planning through closeout
2. Set up and manage digital project control systems (PMIS) for cost, schedule, and document tracking
3. Implement and monitor QMS workflows including RFIs, submittals, inspections, and NCRs
4. Use platforms like Procore, Oracle Primavera, Autodesk Build, or other PMCM tools to automate reporting
5. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants across disciplines
6. Conduct virtual walkthroughs, digital progress checks, and team collaboration meetings
7. Maintain accountability while adapting to fast-paced, remote or hybrid environments

What We’re Looking For

1. PMP Certification OR Degree in Project Management / Engineering
2. 3+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management
3. 2+ years in a client-facing or owner-representative PMCM role
4. Demonstrated ability to set up and manage PMIS/QMS platforms
5. Own a laptop with software for digital project tracking and coordination
6. Able to work independently and start contributing right away

Bonus Points For

1. Experience in rail, utilities, renewable energy, or public infrastructure
2. Proficiency with Procore, Oracle Primavera, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Power BI
3. Knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction quality documentation
4. Experience writing or managing scopes of work, RFPs, and digital closeout packages
5. Familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination or mobile inspection apps
