SANDOW DESIGN GROUP is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our Digital team. This is an entry-to-early-career opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional interested in building hands-on experience across digital publishing, sponsored social campaigns, and cross-functional digital projects.
The Digital Media Specialist will support day-to-day execution across social platforms and digital initiatives, ensuring assets are scheduled accurately, campaigns launch on time, and internal workflows run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects moving, and is eager to grow within a dynamic media organization.
Key Responsibilities
Social Publishing Support
- Manage day-to-day scheduling within the company’s social publishing platform across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other key channels.
- Ensure posts are uploaded accurately, tagged properly, and deployed according to established calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and confirm approvals prior to launch.
- Maintain organized records of publishing activity and campaign schedules.
Sponsored Social Campaign Assistance
- Support the setup and execution of sponsored posts and targeted campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Assist in campaign pacing checks and basic performance reporting.
- Help reconcile campaign delivery details with internal teams as needed.
Digital Project Coordination
- Track timelines and deliverables for select digital content initiatives.
- Create and manage internal tasks in project management systems.
- Follow up on asset requests and deadline reminders to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide general coordination support across Digital, Creative, and Ad Ops teams.
Systems & Administrative Support
- Assist in building and maintaining campaign entries within HubSpot.
- Support scheduling across digital inventory calendars.
- Contribute to documentation and organization of digital workflows.
- Provide occasional support to web producers on digital publishing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, communications, or a related field (internships included).
- Familiarity with major social platforms and basic understanding of paid social advertising.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working within structured systems and timelines.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with social scheduling tools, HubSpot, or project management platforms (Slack, ClickUp) is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
