We are a national law firm seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to implement accessibility best practices across our digital platforms, including websites and e-commerce sites.

Duties

• Make edits to web content as necessary via content management system and html.
• Re-Design multiple client sites, including art and UX updates, in both stand alone HTML and CMS projects.
• Update and monitor CRM program on daily basis.
• Support CRM for inside and outside sales teams; develop CRM strategies to enhance usage.
• Generate SQL reports from internal watch guard system to proactively identify areas of potential issue.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new marketing and brand strategies in line with KPIs.
• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic problems associate with hardware, software, and image quality.
• Demonstrate e-commerce expertise in eBay, drop shipping, affiliate marketing, SEO, & PPC.
• Implement Google friendly SEO techniques, and target marketing campaigns which increase the visibility of website.
• Gather and notate all digital trends and troubleshoot as well as forward to techs to fix problems.
• Handle a high volume of Internet & VOIP trouble shooting phone calls in a fast pace environment.
• Analyze performance data against Pandora benchmarks, then present upsell opportunities and optimization solutions to improve ROI and meet client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing and analytics
• Proficiency in SEO tools and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Google Ads
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL for web accessibility and troubleshooting
• Experience in e-commerce and affiliate marketing strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
