We’re looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help amplify the voices of our 30 leaders across digital platforms. If you love crafting engaging social media strategies, staying ahead of digital trends, and working in a collaborative environment—this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

1. Create & Execute Social Media Strategies: Implement proven digital marketing tactics across multiple platforms to increase web traffic and customer engagement.
2. Know Our Leaders: Build relationships with our leadership group to craft personalized, authentic, and relevant content.
3. Create Content: Develop creative, on-brand content for social media posts, web pages, and marketing campaigns.
4. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest changes in digital platforms to ensure our strategies remain effective.
5. Optimize Posting Schedules: Plan and execute optimal content calendars based on audience behavior and engagement metrics.
6. New Account Onboarding: Help on-board and set up new personal and business accounts seamlessly.
7. Analyze & Report: Use Google Data Studio to track performance and share insights that guide future strategies.
8. Manage & Engage: Oversee page management across platforms (excludes direct commenting or replying).

What You Bring to the Team:

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Social Media Coordinator.
2. Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
3. Expertise across multiple social media platforms.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
5. Ability to deliver creative content (text and visuals).
6. Familiarity with online marketing strategies and digital channels.
7. Forward-thinking approach to emerging trends and technologies.
8. Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
