Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist,
Pay: $45/hour on W2
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM PT
Duration: 6+ months

About the Role:
Join our Performance Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Digital Media. You'll serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor for paid digital campaigns, helping drive business growth through data-driven media execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and past performance to build forecasts and demonstrate marketing impact
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across platforms and campaigns
- Monitor and refine campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, web, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Implement tracking systems and report on key KPIs to stakeholders
- Plan, launch, and optimize display and social media acquisition campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and support integrated SEO/SEM strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors and oversee campaign execution
- Develop and run A/B tests and pilot initiatives to assess performance
- Stay current on industry trends and share best practices across teams
- Lead campaign project management from creative assets to landing pages
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across at least five platforms
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong data analysis, tracking, and attribution skills
- Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and health insurance industry is a plus
