Digital Marketing Specialist

We are excited to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our growing marketing team! LeadVision is a digital marketing firm specializing in lead generation across various industries. We use innovative strategies and inbound marketing techniques to generate quality sales leads for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, social media management, website design, A/B testing, and will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Create website content and design landing pages for current and future brand websites.
2. Update and manage website content, work with team to design landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.
3. Work with department managers to create web pages and content that align with CRO efforts (conversion rate optimization).
4. Write compelling, SEO-optimized blog posts and website content to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
5. Manage content calendar and scheduling of all social posts cross-platform.
6. Create, write, and design engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice, including text posts, videos, images (Canva), infographics, and more.
7. Monitor and engage with audiences on social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

Skills/Qualifications

1. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
2. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
3. Experience with copywriting, editing, and creating engaging content.
4. Experience with Meta Business Suite & audience building.
5. Understanding and familiarity with using AI tools for content generation.
6. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Salary range: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00, based on relevant industry experience*
