Development Integration (Remote U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute, measure, and report on CBN’s apps and website channels. This role will work closely with various cross-functional teams involved with product improvement, user optimization, marketing strategy, and more.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing for apps and website campaigns
2. Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing (apps or website, a plus)
3. Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Iterable and Drupal, a plus)
4. Highly proficient in analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvements to email performance
5. Understanding of HTML/CSS preferred
6. Fluency with template development
7. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with customer lifecycles
8. Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and follow-through (Asana experience, a plus)
9. Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills
11. Proficient in MS Office and industry-related software with ability to learn new technology
12. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of collaborative, fast-paced team
13. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
14. Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
