Duties

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines.
2. Manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
3. Conduct conversion optimization efforts to improve user experience and increase lead generation.
4. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
5. Create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging.
6. Utilize content management systems to manage website content updates and enhancements.
7. Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all platforms.

Experience

1. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and advertising strategies.
2. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes is highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
4. Experience with conversion optimization techniques to enhance user engagement.
5. Familiarity with content management systems for effective website management.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
