Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Pensacola, FL. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing web analytics to optimize online marketing efforts. The role involves creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

1. Experience in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
2. Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and techniques
3. Proficiency in Web Analytics tools
4. Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Experience with content creation and campaign management
7. Experience with video creation and editing
8. Experience with podcast creation and editing a plus
9. Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
