Compensation: $50,000 Annually + Commission ($100,000 to $200,000 OTE) + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a results-driven dental marketing agency specializing in helping dental firms grow their client base through highly targeted digital advertising strategies. They combine data-driven decision-making, deep industry expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver measurable ROI for their clients.


The Role

The client is seeking a driven, high-activity Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to join their team and focus on selling digital marketing solutions to dental practices nationwide. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling online marketing services—including SEO, paid search, and website development—paired with a proven track record of generating their leads, managing a robust pipeline, and consistently closing new business.


This is a performance-focused role where you’ll own the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to presenting, negotiating, and closing. Success looks like closing 2.5+ new deals per month while building strong relationships in the dental industry.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and engage dental prospects through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
  2. Manage a full sales cycle: discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, and deal closure.
  3. Sell a suite of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid search, website development, social advertising, and integrated digital campaigns.
  4. Maintain a consistently high level of activity—prospecting daily, following up diligently, and nurturing opportunities in your pipeline.
  5. Conduct needs assessments to understand each dental practice’s growth goals and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  6. Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate value, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, account management, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff.
  8. Track all activity, opportunities, and performance metrics in the CRM.
  9. Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends and competitive offerings to position solutions effectively.


Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or agency environments.
  2. Proven success selling SEO, Google Ads/PPC, websites, and other digital marketing services.
  3. Demonstrated ability to self-prospect, cold call, and build a strong pipeline.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  5. Experience selling into healthcare or dental verticals is a major plus.
  6. Comfortable operating in a high-activity, metrics-driven sales environment.
  7. Highly motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented—thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
  8. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
