We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our technical execution teams and our clients. This role focuses on account management and client communication rather than hands-on campaign execution. You'll translate complex SEO and PPC strategies into clear, actionable business insights while building strong client relationships and ensuring campaign success aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
2. Conduct regular client calls and meetings to present progress, explain strategy rationale, and gather feedback
3. Translate complex SEO and PPC data and strategies into clear, understandable business insights for clients
4. Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, focusing on ROI and business impact
5. Collaborate with internal strategists to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for client accounts
6. Manage client expectations by setting realistic timelines and ROI projections aligned with our agency methodology
7. Review campaign performance and strategies developed by our execution teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
8. Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
9. Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and expansion opportunities
10. Stay current with SEO and PPC best practices to provide informed strategic guidance to clients

Requirements

Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, with strong knowledge of SEO and PPC principles
2. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results that meet business objectives

Strategic Knowledge:

1. Deep understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, and technical optimization concepts
2. Strong knowledge of PPC campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization
3. Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to provide strategic insights
4. Understanding of integrated marketing approaches combining SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing

Communication & Client Management:

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical clients
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes
3. Experience presenting to C-level executives and decision makers

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses across various industries
2. Background in consulting or client-facing roles in digital marketing agencies
3. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)
