Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our digital strategy with a strong focus on AI-driven marketing. In this role, you will leverage data, automation, and emerging AI tools to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals with hands-on experience applying AI to real-world marketing programs.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  2. Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, marketing automation) to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  3. Use AI-driven insights to improve audience segmentation, personalization, and customer targeting.
  4. Manage and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI using analytics and machine learning tools.
  5. Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline lead generation and nurturing.
  6. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast performance, and make strategic recommendations.
  7. Oversee content strategy, incorporating AI-generated and AI-optimized content while maintaining brand voice and quality.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, data, design) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  9. Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends in digital marketing.



Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with exposure to AI-driven tools and platforms.
  3. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar technologies.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  5. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  6. Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  7. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning applications, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
  2. Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and personalization strategies.
  3. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical use of AI in marketing.
  4. Strong creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset.
