We are a leading manufacturer of custom rubber parts and industrial rubber bands, located in Tinley Park, IL in business for over 50 years. You will be welcomed by a cohesive and dedicated team, working hard but also enjoying fun times together!

In Marketing, we work closely with Sales and tackle a comprehensive array of interesting activities:

Email automation campaigns, graphic / web design, PPC management, SEO, trade shows, surveys, social media posts, advertising, content creation (blogs, web pages, case studies, etc.), video creation and even product photography!

While the above represents most of our daily tasks, we are always ready to try other new marketing methods and channels, focused on our targeted audiences.

Our ideal candidate for this marketing position will possess:

• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Graphic design skills (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Photography and video editing
• Affinity for creative writing
• Attention to detail
• An ability to multitask
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to get things done!
