Cella is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's impressive team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads. You will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and techniques, along with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify customer segments, trends, and opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, recommending and implementing innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Experience in a management position.
• Strong leadership/mentoring skills and can provide critical thinking and feedback in a way that people can receive it.
