We are looking for an all-star digital marketer to join our expanding Digital Strategy team. If you are passionate about demand generation using SEO, building and measuring campaigns from the ground up, and presenting your work and analyses, we want to talk. Strong candidates will have experience collaborating with fast-paced teams and using today’s top marketing technologies and tools to drive great results for one or multiple B2B organizations.

What You'll Do

• Strategize, launch, measure, and optimize email, CRM, and SEO marketing initiatives for clients.
• Build marketing dashboards,workflow automations, and focussed reports that communicate campaign performance and progress towards our clients’ marketing objectives.
• Provide feedback and training for internal team members on technical, creative and tactical assignments.
• Audit, build, improve, and launch well-organized and cleanly modeled marketing CRMs that help clients’ meet their data, email, and automation goals. .
• Collaborate with company and department leadership to craft and refine client strategies and scopes.

Who You Are

• You know how to expertly leverage SEO and CRM marketing tools and technologies to build sophisticated marketing campaigns that drive results.
• You have experience and are passionate about communicating SEO marketing strategies and results to your clients.
• You have experience building website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards in a variety of martech tools and platforms.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of what a marketing funnel is and how content, SEO, and lifecycle marketing intersect and work together.
• You are a natural leader who is comfortable teaching your teammates.
• You are an adept multitasker who is able to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals.
• Your instinct is to take the initiative and solve problems as they arise.
• Agency experience is strongly preferred.
