Job Description:
Seeking a creative and talented Digital Marketer with a flair for copywriting to join our marketing team. In collaboration with our Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible to crafting engaging content for our newsletters, email marketing campaigns, landing pages and social media channels that resonate with our audience and drive engagement. Graphic design skills will be essential in creating visually appealing content to enhance the overall impact of our communications. Your understanding of customer journeys will be vital for creating and managing automated workflows and improving content based on customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling, informative and thought-provoking content for weekly newsletters and ongoing email marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule social media content for three channels including graphics, videos and captions.
- Write attention-grabbing subject lines and persuasive email copy that encourages readers to take action. Analyze results and adjust to optimize engagement.
- Tailor email content and design to specific audience segments for maximum relevance.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, values and messaging.
- Ensure all content is error-free, well-structured and adheres to style guidelines.
Graphic Design:
- Design and/or layout emails and landing pages that achieve the goals of our communications, enhance the reader experience and align with our brand identity.
- Design custom graphics, illustrations and images to accompany emails, landing pages and social media content.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry regulations and data privacy laws.
- Leverage available technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in email copywriting, conversion copywriting, landing page management and social media.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Two years of hands-on Hubspot experience preferred.
- Proven experience leveraging AI to increase efficient and improve quality of content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of psychology and human behavior as it relates to the effectiveness of marketing content.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with personal development and self-help content a plus.
