We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate who blends performance marketing expertise with strategic insight and a creative mindset. This individual will take ownership of key digital marketing channels—including Google, Meta, Connected TV, and Instacart—to drive measurable growth and elevate brand visibility.



What You'll Do:


As a vital member of the Digital Marketing team, you’ll shape, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns that contribute directly to the company's top-line goals. You’ll partner with agencies and platform teams, own performance analytics, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with a data-informed and creative mindset. This role requires strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.



  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google, Meta, CTV, Instacart, and emerging digital platforms to meet performance goals and brand objectives.
  2. Own campaign performance end-to-end - set KPIs, optimize spend, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate improvement.
  3. Partner with agencies, platform reps, and internal teams to launch and optimize best-in-class campaigns.
  4. Translate performance data into actionable insights; create reports and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  5. Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure brand-aligned, cohesive messaging and creative consistency across all channels.
  6. Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and drive marketing efficiency.
  7. Contribute to annual planning, budget forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.

What You Need:


  1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media, preferably in CPG or retail industries.
  2. Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
  3. Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets.
  4. Strong analytical abilities with a sharp creative eye, enabling insightful data interpretation and effective feedback on ad assets.
  5. Experience working with media agencies and third-party partners.
  6. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Workplace conditions and environment:


Regularly works in a modern business office environment, may occasionally work out of lab locations or other off-site locations. Full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday. This position may infrequently require longer hours and weekend work.



Equipment used:


Modern office equipment includes: personal computer, printer, telephone and copy machine.
