We are a brand-new, fully virtual telehealth psychiatry practice serving the states of Florida, New Hampshire, and South Dakota with conservative, evidence-based medication management grounded in a biblical worldview. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual to help us build visibility and referral relationships in the Christian mental health space.

This is a 1099 position, commissions based with no cap on income.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Create and schedule 2–4 simple, professional social media posts per week (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) that highlight our Christian values, conservative approach to psychiatry, and helpful mental health content for families, teens, and young adults.
2. Conduct targeted outreach to Florida-based therapists, biblical counselors, family physicians, churches, and PHP/IOP programs (email, LinkedIn messages, occasional calls) to introduce the practice and build referral partnerships.
3. Build and maintain a clean spreadsheet of contacts, outreach status, and follow-ups.
4. Track basic metrics (opens, replies, booked calls) and report weekly progress.

Ideal Candidate

1. Strong alignment with Christian values and comfortable communicating a faith-based perspective.
2. Excellent written English (professional, warm, and concise emails are critical).
3. American or British English native speaker/accent with full fluency required to occasionally do phone or zoom calls to represent the practice
4. Experience with social media management (Canva, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn a plus)
5. Comfortable with cold outreach (emailing/calling professionals) – previous sales, networking, or business development experience is helpful but not required.
6. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Familiarity with mental health, therapy, or healthcare is a big plus but not mandatory.
