A dynamic, newly established advertising agency in Dubai is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. We are dedicated to creating innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data from various sources, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize website elements, email campaigns, and social media ads.
• Data Visualization: Create clear and concise data visualizations (charts, graphs, and dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel)
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
