A dynamic, newly established advertising agency in Dubai is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. We are dedicated to creating innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data from various sources, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
2. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
3. Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
4. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize website elements, email campaigns, and social media ads.
5. Data Visualization: Create clear and concise data visualizations (charts, graphs, and dashboards) to communicate insights effectively.
6. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel)
4. Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
