Leading Long Island based real estate developer is seeking a Digital Graphic Artist/ Web Development associate to work closely with the Director of web development and Art Director as a member of the Marketing team. Core responsibilities will be to develop and execute creative designs for both digital and print marketing campaigns. This role requires a team and collaborative person who is creativity, and detail oriented. You will contribute to branding initiatives, website design, brochure development and other visual asset creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Marketing team in creating design solutions for promotional materials (brochures, advertisements, flyers, webpage design, etc.)
2. Work on development of visual collateral for real estate projects developing and reviewing sitemaps, floorplans, renderings, signage and other graphic materials.
3. Assist in video or animation editing, content creation & copywriting as needed and assist in maintaining and updating webpages to align with project and campaign messaging and SEO content and goals.
4. Stay updated on real estate marketing visual design trends and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative ideas.
5. Update and maintain visual assets for company’s digital platforms (websites, listings, blogs print and digital advertising).
6. Ensure adherence to branding guidelines across all visual channels and assets for multiple properties

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design / web development preferably in real estate or a related field.
3. Excellent visual design skills with a creative flair, strong content creation skills, eye for layout and messaging and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other design software
5. Knowledge and experience with WordPress, SEO best practices and web design principles.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take direction and feedback, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
