Duties and Responsibilities
The Digital Engagement Specialist provides critical operational support for the University’s digital communication channels. This role focuses on the daily execution of email marketing campaigns and provides functional assistance for the ongoing website redesign initiative. This position supports the Digital Engagement unit in maintaining a consistent online presence and ensuring seamless communication with constituents.
Assists the Digital Engagement unit in maintaining a consistent online presence by building email content, managing shared calendars, and performing hands-on web content updates. Working across multiple platforms, helps ensure that digital touchpoints are accessible, brand-compliant, and aligned with stakeholder goals.
