Ten Gun Design is looking for a Digital designer local to the greater Seattle area, to collaborate on creative web pages, marketing emails, and other digital assets for a major, industry-leading gaming brand. Our ideal candidate is highly adaptive, wildly creative, and loves making things they are proud of. The Digital Designer will be responsible for a range of projects including production design, template design, and web design. They should be comfortable attending client meetings, maintaining critical project deadlines, thinking critically about user experience, adhering to brand guidelines, and be passionate about all things design related.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creative process from original concepts to final implementation for digital marketing efforts.

• Work collaboratively with team members throughout the creative design process to identify preliminary design concepts, implement changes and review iterations, and release final files.
• Produce brand adherent, accessible, production ready assets under tight deadlines.
• Uphold graphic consistency and quality across all channels and raise the quality level of all work in the team.
• Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and self-manage personal workflow to meet timelines.
• Professionally present and communicate ideas to peers and cross-function teams and clients with confidence.

• Adhere to defined processes and efficiencies within a variety of project workflows.
• Create documentation, improve process, and train peers across project types.
• Adhere to and promote quality assurance practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• Portfolio that demonstrates quality visual and graphic design skills, including typography, and layout across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically photoshop, illustrator, XD
• Familiarity with Figma
• Proven ability to apply design skills (ideation, color theory, typography, imagery, pixel perfect layouts, texture, etc.) across digital platforms and breakpoints (mobile, desktop, tablet).
• Strong understanding of website user experience (UI/UX design) and visual design

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to perform under tight deadline pressure
• Ability to respond and rapidly adapt to changing business needs.

Desired qualifications:

• Professional level competency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with website accessibility best practices a plus
• Familiarity with html a plus

• CMS experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
