The KCP NA Digital Content Marketing Manager is a digital storyteller. Eagerly absorb insights from the customer research, sales team knowledge, Customer Marketing team, and Category team, and see the world through our customers’ eyes as they craft engaging content for touchpoints throughout the buyer’s journey; across the North America websites, in social media channels, and across campaigns and commercial programs. Content should push the envelope to break through clutter yet stay within brand guidelines. Additionally, content should both captivate and inspire an audience to take action – achieving marketing objectives is indeed the focus.

In this role, you will:

Content Strategy

  • Lead content strategy for KCP NA, ensuring it is derived primarily from customer insights and aligned with business priorities and relevant stakeholders.
  • Create content roadmap designed to maximize the visibility of Kimberly-Clark Professional and its brands internally and externally with customers, distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify gaps in existing content, recommending ways to strengthen and modify accordingly.
  • Partner with Marketing Leaders, Segment and Channel teams, and relevant stakeholders on strategic initiatives (top ABP/ SBP projects) and identifying strategic assets needed to drive website traffic, support customer initiatives, and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Create content strategy briefs detailing scope, timelines, deliverables, tactics and performance objectives needed to execute effective, customer-centric content for website, campaigns, and customer channels.
  • Collaborate with website owner, marketing leaders, and relevant campaign stakeholders, offering solutions for continuous content optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to ensure strategic asset development remains aligned with initiative level/ campaign content strategy – collaborating with designers to ensure all assets are in-line with the overall conceptual theme will be important.

Copywriting

  • Write compelling SEO optimized editorial copy designed to engage, educate, and support customers (both new and existing), distributors, partners and industry stakeholders that can benefit from Kimberly-Clark Professional’s expertise, solutions, and products.
  • Adhere to editorial standards, brand guidelines and legal requirements while developing content assets, including, but not limited to, web pages, infographics, webinars, blog posts, social media, banner ads, emails, guides, and phone/video scripts.
  • Collaborate with and solicit feedback from cross-functional teams to optimize digital copy and improve content performance.
  • Stay up to date on digital copy and customer experience trends and best practices to incorporate into content.

The successful candidate will join the Kimberly-Clark North America Customer Marketing team and report to the Associate Director - KCP NA Customer Marketing.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s Degree)
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy development, management and governance, preferably in B2B, with a strong portfolio of content in a variety of digital formats based on the customer journey and channels.
  • Ability to look at and create content from the point of view of the customer, advocating for their needs when in conflict with business requirements; Able to optimize online content for SEO purposes.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ademonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations.
  • Ability to create content for all of KCP NA, applying an understanding of language styles in international markets.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to plan, direct, design, and edit content that get results.
  • Content presentation skills – ability to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and research and full suite of digital marketing skills is preferred.

Location: this role can sit remotely anywhere in the USA; preference to sit out of the Roswell, GA area. Must be able to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
