Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist

Pay Rate: $27 to $30/Hr

Duration: 3 Months (May get further extension based on requirement & performance)

Location: Primarily Remote (Occasional travel to the Malvern, PA office - 3-4 times a Month)

Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM


This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist

  1. The Digital Campaign Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing multi-channel digital campaigns in an internal digital agency setting with a focus on quality, timeliness, and impact on the digital customer journey.
  2. This position ensures timely and high-quality execution of digital campaigns that encompass multiple drive-to channels: Search, digital and social advertising, email with clear and connected call to actions, and web-design implementation with content, creative execution, and flow that deliver best-in-class customer experiences and promote preference and demand for our brand and products.
  3. Reporting directly to the channel head of the Digital Campaign Management team, this is an individual contributor role with strong multi-channel implementation, assembling, and coordination capabilities to bring client projects to fulfillment.
  4. This position creates a large impact on customer experience and, therefore impact on the continued value of our brand and business results.
  5. This position will act as an interface between key account managers for business, marketing, and communication, various digital channels, and social media teams.
  6. Consults on customer journey development, channel mix and artifacts, campaign or event landing page set-up, email campaign creation and flow, media placement, keyword research, organic and paid.
  7. Participates actively in campaign kick-off meeting, ensures complete understanding of campaign brief, intent, and details
  8. Accountable for ensuring quality and searchability of content and coordination of artifact development, campaign coding, creation of landing and event pages (as appropriate), set up emails and flow, search ads, vanity URLs/redirects
  9. Consults on content and creative execution for web, emails, and search ads, of web within pre-designed templates.
  10. Answers channel-specific questions and recommends data-driven solutions based on best practices
  11. Coordinates campaign launch; creates and publishes channel content and creative, landing and event pages, emails, activates digital ads as appropriate (search); conducts A/B testing for email, search ads, and landing pages as appropriate; manages and delivers collected leads from campaigns and events to region or country CRM teams
  12. Ensures campaign flow, rollout, and publishing of deliverables are met; ensures end-to-end assembly and quality of campaign implementation.

Must-have Skills:

  1. Experience in digital marketing.
  2. Ability to support and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Highly organized and professional
  4. Experience in the multi-channel digital campaign tool landscape

Requirements:

  1. BS degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design, or related field required
  2. 3 - 5 years of experience required in digital marketing
  3. In-depth knowledge of the multi-channel digital campaign tool landscape
  4. Experience working with multiple global stakeholders
  5. Polished professional with solid understanding of customer behavior in digital journeys, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Expertise in campaign process knowledge, understanding of digital campaign mechanics and assembly, and multichannel campaign deployment expertise
  7. Required experience in implementing digital campaigns, channel drive-to tactics, and/or web design expertise, and the ability to design effective digital customer journeys.
  8. Professional experience in one or more of the following digital channels: e-mail demand generation pages and forms, search (organic and paid), digital events and exhibits, digital or social advertising, content management systems, and web design.
  9. Operational knowledge of Percolate, Eloqua, CMS, Adobe Analytics
  10. Ability to promote the success of digital marketing campaigns for awareness, education, and demand generation, and KPIs/expected results
  11. Ability to consult on digital campaign best practices
