Overview: The DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

5. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
6. Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
7. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across deployments.
8. Establish and enforce security practices throughout the lifecycle.
9. Maintain version control systems and best practices.
10. Document system configurations and operational procedures.
11. Conduct regular system audits to ensure security compliance.
12. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
13. Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
14. Train and mentor junior team members in DevOps practices.
15. Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related position.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
5. Proficiency in configuring CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
6. Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
7. Solid understanding of networking protocols and architectures.
8. Experience in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby).
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Experience in using monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
13. Understanding of agile methodologies and processes.
