We are seeking a passionate and motivated Development Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President, Development, this full-time position is responsible for assisting in the successful execution of the nonprofit organization’s annual fundraising events and ongoing grant writing to meet contributed income goals, in tandem with, CRM management and a variety of content marketing.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or certification in nonprofit management preferred
2. Excellent written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills are required
3. Strong, detail-oriented organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proven experience in managing special events for donor cultivation, a plus.
4. Valid vehicle insurance and proof of registration
5. Valid California Driver License with clean DMV record
6. Demonstrated results in writing grant proposals to funding entities
