We’re hiring a Designer to join our Creative Services team to support our ThinkLab brand with a strong focus on data-driven design and PowerPoint presentation creation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, visually compelling insights.

The majority of this role will focus on presentation design, report creation, and data visualization. From time to time, this individual will also support design needs across our broader brand portfolio including Interior Design, Metropolis, LUXE Interiors + Design, Azure, Architizer, and Design Milk.

This role is perfect for a designer who loves storytelling through data—and wants their work to directly shape how insights are communicated.

What You’ll Do

1. Design polished, on-brand PowerPoint presentations
2. Create clear, engaging data visualizations (charts, graphs, infographics)
3. Design reports and data-heavy materials
4. Produce supporting digital assets tied to reports and marketing campaigns
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
6. Support design needs across multiple brands as needed

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong experience in data visualization and presentation design (required)
2. Advanced PowerPoint skills (required)
3. Experience designing reports and data-driven content
4. Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
5. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and raw data
6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
7. Able to work independently in a remote environment
