Senior Manager, Demand Generation (SaaS)
Location: Remote (US-based)
Compensation: $120,000 base + $25,000 bonus (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role
They are looking for a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own and scale pipeline-driving programs across the full funnel. This role reports directly to the CRO and will play a central role in translating growth strategy into measurable demand outcomes.
You’ll design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand programs—balancing short-term pipeline delivery with longer-term market activation. This is an ideal role for a hands-on builder who thrives in growth-stage environments and is motivated by tying marketing execution directly to revenue.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Pipeline & Demand Ownership
- Own the design and execution of demand generation programs that deliver marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline aligned to revenue targets and ICP priorities.
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Lead integrated campaigns across email, web, content, ABM, events, and paid channels (vendor-managed), ensuring coordinated execution and clear performance measurement.
Funnel Performance Optimization
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel (Inquiry → MQL → SQL), identifying friction points and testing improvements to increase velocity and efficiency.
Sales & RevOps Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and RevOps to ensure strong lead routing, SLA adherence, clean attribution, and shared accountability for pipeline outcomes.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences that connect demand activity to pipeline health, forecast confidence, and GTM efficiency.
Experimentation & Optimization
- Lead ongoing experimentation through A/B testing, messaging iteration, channel optimization, and campaign retrospectives.
Event & ABM Support
- Support account-based and event-driven programs to drive meeting creation, account engagement, and post-event pipeline acceleration.
Experience required
Core Experience
- B2B SaaS demand generation experience in a growth-stage environment.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong command of demand channels including email, lifecycle campaigns, ABM, content syndication, paid media oversight, and events.
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience tying campaigns to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline $, and conversion efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (lead scoring, routing, attribution, dashboarding).
Profile & Mindset
- Experience in regulated, public-sector-adjacent, or complex B2B markets is a plus.
