Our client is a rapidly expanding Biotech, backed by to investors, they are currently a team of 40 and looking to expand. The focus is on transforming information molecule therapeutics to treat undruggable diseases. Their platform combines cutting-edge nanoparticle development with advanced informatics for breakthrough therapies. We are seeking a Head of Machine Learning to lead their machine learning efforts and drive innovation in therapeutic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead machine learning strategy to advance information molecule delivery

Develop and scale machine learning platforms and tools

Collaborate with experimental teams for data generation and integration

Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing machine learning team

Define and execute a generative approach to therapy delivery

Required Skills

Ph.D. in machine learning, statistics, or related fields

10+ years of leadership experience in machine learning

Expertise in deep learning, biodistribution, nucleic acid medicines

Proven success in building and managing teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills
