We’re hiring Database Developer with 5+ years experience for our direct clients and implementation partners with active full-time openings! (NO-C2C)

Client Location : New York, New Jersey, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Chicago IL & North Carolina

Title: Database Developer (Full-Time)

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in database development and data engineering.
2. Strong expertise in SQL programming, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
3. Extensive experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, including schema design and normalization.
4. Hands-on experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
5. Strong working knowledge of data modeling techniques, ER diagrams, dimensional modeling, and database design best practices.
6. Experience with ETL / ELT processes, data integration, and data migration between heterogeneous systems.
7. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or similar platforms (nice to have).
8. Experience working with cloud-based database services on AWS or Azure, including RDS, Aurora, Redshift, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or equivalent.
9. Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and experience managing database code and schema changes using migration tools.
10. Strong understanding of transaction management, ACID properties, locking, concurrency control, and data consistency.
11. Experience with data security practices, including role-based access control, encryption, auditing, and compliance standards.
