Futura Energy Group is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure innovator that is building some of the worlds largest and most advanced AI data centers.

Why This Role Matters:

You’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the hardware fleet, ensuring every server and network device performs flawlessly. From installation and deployment to troubleshooting and first-response support, your work guarantees high system reliability for AI workloads that cannot afford downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and deploy server and network equipment, including GPU servers.
2. Maintain asset accuracy while replacing server and network device components.
3. Assist with network troubleshooting, cabling diagnostics, and repairs.
4. Prioritize and resolve tickets efficiently, supporting escalations from lower-tier technicians.
5. Act as onsite first responder for incidents, coordinating with SMEs from datacenter engineering and infrastructure teams.
6. Provide onsite services to support initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

1. Server hardware troubleshooting (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI, BMC).
2. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and network hardware (cabling, switches, routers).
3. Linux administration experience.
4. Preferred: hands-on experience with GPU servers (H100, B200, GB200, etc.).
5. Diploma or professional certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant engineering discipline.
6. Strong organizational skills, agility, and ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
7. Excellent communication skills and vendor/project engagement experience.
