Submission Requirements:

• Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience as a Cytotechnologist and documents travel experience.
• 2 recent Manager/Supervisor References
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
• Current Cytology Cert
• ACTIVE NY License
• Cytotechnology Degree
• RTO MUST be included at time of submission
