We have an exciting opportunity for an employee who is excellent with customers and interested in working in the cigar business. We are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Manager at our Nice Ash Cigars location in Warren, PA. Applicants must be available to work Monday - Friday, 10am - 6 pm.

Job responsibilities - Taking phone orders, resolving customer issues, creating programs to retain customers, proactively communicating with customers about their orders. Other responsibilities include order fulfillment, retail sales, inventory control, order processing.

Retail and Customer Service Experience is a must.

Applicant must possess the following characteristics:
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Some computer skills are required
-Reliable and independent
-Clean and organized
-Good multi-tasker

Cigar knowledge knowledge a plus but not required. Must be willing to be flexible and able to prioritize to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion. Must be able to work in a smoke friendly environment.

Possibility of pay increase after 90 day probation period based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
