Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls regarding products and services; provide thorough and accurate responses to policy-holder inquiries regarding policy issues
• Process requests such as customer name changes, transfers, cancellations, and beneficiary changes
• Promote good customer relations by providing premier customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Develop customer relationships through rapport-building, listening skills, engaging the customer and building trust
• Compose and/or generate letters to request information or confirm action taken; coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Navigate computerized system for tracking, gathering and researching information

What you'll have:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ year of call center/customer service experience 
• High Speed Internet 

PAY: $16.00 per hour OR $17.00 per hour for bilingual - English/Spanish

** 100% REMOTE - MUST be able to work shift between the hours of 8am - 8pm EST **
