What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team
• Provide coaching and development to team members
• Resolve customer escalations and assist with customer cases during high volume periods
• Partner with other departments to resolve complex issues and optimize processes
• Conduct team meetings to provide updates on best practices and process changes
   

What Is Required (Qualifications)
 

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 5+ years of proven Customer Support experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
   

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 

• Familiarity with CRM and Call Center Software
