No cold calls, no door-knocking. You’ll work directly with a consistent flow of qualified clients who have already shown interest in our products and services.

Responsibilities

1. Master our proven sales systems and product suite to serve clients effectively
2. Connect with clients who’ve requested information and guide them through the process
3. Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
4. Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service
5. Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver an exceptional client experience
6. Meet promotional benchmarks to unlock growth and income potential
7. Stay compliant with state insurance and licensing requirements
8. Participate in weekly virtual meetings and trainings
9. Build a long-term client base using company-provided and self-generated leads
10. Help families find the right protection and financial solutions for their needs

Qualifications

1. 3+ years in sales, customer service, or related field preferred (not required)
2. Confident using technology and virtual communication tools
3. Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
4. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
5. Professional presence over Zoom and the phone
6. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Requirements

1. Must be able to pass a background check
2. Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
3. Active Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 7–10 days — we’ll help)
4. Flexibility to meet client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
