Selco is looking for an associate who serves customers; attracts potential customers; helps customers through the sales process; maintains customer records; resolves product or service problems; recommends potential products or services to customers; prepares product or service reports; contributes to the team effort.

Requirements for this position include the following:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of Applications

Applicants must have the capability to multi-task and work independently at a rapid pace.

Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime as required.

Dress: Casual Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Be a team player (4 current customer care associates) and work closely with other departments
  • The ability and interest to learn a new computer system (Visual ERP and Visual CRM)
  • QC sales orders and work orders entered by outside contracters
  • Be able to enter the orders and customer data efficiently and accurately
  • Can quickly learn and articulate pricing, processes, and product features and benefits.
  • Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer; greet callers, establish rapport, project professional tone, handle complaints, and record statistics for each call.
  • Can analyze and prioritize information or problems, identify the critical issues and implement the best "next steps".
  • Must be dependable, on time and willing to work overtime.
