Role Description

This is a part or full-time on-site role for an Crew Member at Handel's Homemade Ice Cream in Newport Beach, CA. The Crew Member will be responsible for serving ice cream, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service
• Prior experience in a food service or culinary role, preferably in an ice cream or dessert establishment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Cash Handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
