The Crew Foreman, will report to the General Foreman.
Job Overview
The Crew Foreman is a field position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all their assigned field construction crew. A Crew Foreman has a solid background in the field. Their leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. They must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else. They manage the daily schedule, coordinating with the superintendents and General Foreman on what needs to be completed each day and week. They are responsible for ensuring their assigned crew’s tasks are completed in a timely manner. They are responsible for ensuring that all work is done to company quality standards and will be performing aspects of the work alongside their crew.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to perform in an active construction environment, regularly sit, stand, walk, talk and listen, and frequently lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds. Individuals must be able to access all points of a construction site in a wide range of work environments.
