We're a DTC supplement brand seeking a Creative Strategist to lead our Meta ad creative strategy. This is a fully remote, contract position focused on direct response — every ad needs to sell.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies, concepts, and ad scripts across multiple formats — UGC, natives, animations, long-form advertorial
• Conduct avatar, competitor, and market research to inform creative direction
• Analyze performance data to identify winning patterns and inform iterations
• Produce multiple concepts per week with a clear workflow from brief to deliverable

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in a DTC or direct response environment
• Portfolio of winning ads backed by real performance data
• Strong understanding of direct response principles and frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of market awareness levels and how to apply them to creative
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in the voice of the customer
• Fluent in Meta KPIs — hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS
• Up to date with what's working in DTC — you can name brands scaling right now and explain why
• Self-starter who thrives working autonomously
• Supplement or health/wellness experience is a plus
