As a Creative Producer, you will have hands-on experience in developing the creative experience. You will be expected to maintain integrity and consistency in the brand/event/project, know and understand the brand voice, and speak through the eyes of the client. As the bearer and driver of all client and project information, your main responsibility will be to set up teams for success across all creative deliverables.

Essential Functions

• Proven experience managing overall creative & video development including design, scripting, storyboard development, live shoots, motion graphics and editorial
• Specialization in producing 2D and 3D video along with large format digital signage campaigns
• Developing and managing creative deliverable budgets, working with the account, creative, production and technical teams to adequately scope for the project.
• Mentoring junior-level staff (Associate Producers, coordinators, assistant-level teams)
• Management of assigned creative teams (and workflows as per approved SOWs/budgets)
• Managing client expectations on budget, timelines, project progress, etc.
• Establishing and communicating timelines and expectations with internal staff in line with client expectations
• Overseeing and driving creative excellence and brand integrity within the project both internally and externally

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Agency experience a plus
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and make effective decisions to balance creative constraints
• Proven leadership ability, demonstrating innovation, flexibility and best-in-class attributes
• Knowledge of Brand and Identity development
• Expert knowledge of video production and post-production processes and workflows
• High ethical standards. Ability to creatively problem solve and exercise good business judgment
• Ability to delegate tasks and implement changes appropriately and effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education and Experience

• 5-8 years in project management related to branding, video motion graphics, marketing, digital content channels or creative agencies
• 5-8 years of experience in event and technical production
• Experience working with event technical teams to understand and manage the scenic design and development process
• Experience producing motion graphics and live-action video deliverables

Position Type / Schedule

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Minimal travel may be required in this position.

Compensation

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state-specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

• $65.00 - $80.00 / hour

The exact rate of pay will be based on position, location, and experience level.
