We're looking for a masterful content creator who can weave engaging narratives with captivating imagery to translate our unique ethos. The Creative Content Lead is a crucial member of the Marketing team, tasked with sharing Trillium's stories with our community by creating strategic and highly engaging content. The position works at the direction of the Director of Consumer Packaged Goods to produce high quality content that can be used across all of Trillium’s digital platforms and printed materials. This is an in-person role working primarily out of our Canton, MA location with travel to other Trillium locations as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

• Photograph, video, and edit all Trillium products, spaces, food, merchandise, and events, in both studio and lifestyle settings, to provide assets for marketing, web, and sales needs
• Own the social media landscape , crafting captivating imagery, captions, and stories that ignite conversations, build communities, and drive brand awareness, while abiding by platform metrics and guidelines
• Brainstorm, shoot, and edit short-form reels/social videos, creating videos based on platform metrics and guidelines
• Utilize social media analytics and performance of posts to inform artistic strategy to reach as many customers as possible
• Stay up-to-date on content creator industry news, innovations, and trends

Copywriting:

• Develop compelling messages that capture our farm-to-glass ethos and resonate with diverse audiences. You'll write website copy, product descriptions, and consumer-facing communication using our brand tone to provide assets for marketing, web, and sales needs
• Lead the development of engaging and informative content for our email newsletter, reaching over 55,000 subscribers. Ensure clear communication, compelling calls to action, and alignment with brand messaging
• Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration by translating marketing objectives into actionable content and copywriting strategies. Your work will support marketing initiatives and align with broader brand goals.
• Ensure that assigned deadlines are met are met and that work meets key performance indicators

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Desired Qualifications

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing/English, Graphic Design or other comparable educational disciplines preferred.
• 5+ years of experience and success working in advertising, marketing, or similar fields.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to shoot both video and digital film content at a professional level for both studio and lifestyle content capture
• Advanced knowledge of video and photography editing required
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Sprout and Google Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately while working on cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of online marketing tactics and solid understanding of major B2B and B2C marketing channels
• Organized with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess a DIY production mentality, and a deep passion for craft beer!
• Travel to all Trillium locations and events will be required with some weekend availability
