Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Creatio Developer to design, develop, and customize enterprise solutions on the Creatio platform. This role will focus on building workflows, business rules, and integrations using C#/.NET and JavaScript, while ensuring solutions align with business needs and follow best practices for quality, performance, maintainability, and security.

The ideal candidate is analytical, technically independent, and comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and develop custom modules, applications, workflows, and business rules within the Creatio platform.
2. Build and maintain integrations using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
3. Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4. Ensure delivered solutions meet development standards for code quality, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
5. Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and development processes.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
3. 3+ years of hands-on development experience with the Creatio (formerly bpm’online) platform.
4. Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and JavaScript.
5. Solid experience building integrations and consuming/exposing web services using REST and SOAP APIs.
6. Experience with process modeling (BPMN) and enterprise systems integration.
7. Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with international teams.
8. Availability to work remotely during U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working in distributed or global teams.
2. Strong technical documentation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
