CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENTS

Responsibilities & Qualifications

· Corporate Travel Agent Experience: 2 years (REQUIRED)

· Experienced on Sabre GDS system: 2 years (REQUIRED)

· Knowledge to make domestic and international travel arrangements

· Ticketing, including exchange ticketing, and exchanges with residual values

· International fare construction

· Keeping up to date on airline policies

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients & team members

· Provide travel expertise to clients

· Communicate effectively with other agents to solve problems and gather information

· Knowledge of Concur a plus

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

· Domestic and international geography knowledge

· Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills

· Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally

· A team-oriented and client-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
