We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated part-time Copywriter to join our small team of passionate real estate professionals and bring our brand’s warm and authoritative voice to the next level.

You’ll work with our team to write 1) property listing marketing copy, 2) short-form and long-form copy for educational and entertaining real estate content, and 3) foundational copy to further establish and distinguish our company’s brand, culture, and values.

Our ideal candidate can balance creativity with structure, effectively bring great creative ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand, high-quality work.

Compensation will be determined by experience and qualification. We anticipate for this position to be a 10-15 hour a week commitment.

• Professional writing experience with an advanced understanding of composition, grammar, and flow
• Experience with content creation and social media management

• Knows their strengths and how to apply them

• Can follow specific instructions and also thrive on self-initiative
• Loves real estate!

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and help build the overall Willowmar brand voice
• Write professional copy for property listing descriptions and marketing collateral
• Write engaging copy for branding initiatives
• Edit, proofread, and revise existing copy to ensure brand voice alignment, accuracy, and readability
• Research and develop content and branding ideas
• Publish content on our social media platforms
• Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one huddles
