Position: Contract Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation.

- Provide Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support for cloud operations.

- Monitor cloud environments and set up alerts to maintain system health.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, automation and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance.

- Restarting services

- Building Dashboards

- Escalate issues

- Troubleshoot Failed Batch Jobs

-Managing and setting up alerts

Required Skills:

- Expertise in AWS cloud services.

- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Strong experience in automation tools and frameworks.

- Solid understanding of cloud operations and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems.

Duration: 6 months with strong possibility of extension to 1 year.

Location: Remote. However ability to work in office in Charlotte, Austin, San Diego, Austin, or Jersey City highly preffered
