ABOUT THE POSITION AND OUR TEAM:

The Content Writer will assist with content creation across our web pages, blogs, webinars, presentations, collateral, and others. The content writer reports to the Sr. Content Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and work with content creation team to effectively communicate messaging and brand voice
Produce compelling messaging that aligns with brand standards while understanding the strategic objective
Write, proofread, and edit copy at various stages of the writing process while ensuring editorial standards are met and deadlines are met
Compose and develop content for all communication channels and across mediums (digital, print, web)
Work across teams and markets
Assist with SEO content writing and SEO copywriting
Self-educate on the trends and emerging technologies in the supply chain software
Communicate highly technical information to a non-technical audience
Edit and polish existing content to improve readability
Execute any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree required
Marketing, communication, journalism experience at a minimum of 3 years
Excellent written and verbal communications
HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics experience is preferred
Detail-oriented
Proofing skills and ability to write to a style and branding guide
Strong work ethic incorporating flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment
Drive for excellence
