Job Summary

We are engaging Content Writers & Editors to provide expert contributions to a customer project focused on text quality and AI evaluation. You’ll apply your writing and editing expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. No prior AI experience is required—your language and editorial expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clarity, coherence, accuracy, and overall quality of written content.
• Conduct detailed writing evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Identify and annotate AI-generated content, including low-quality or artificial-sounding text.
• Review and edit documents for grammar, syntax, structure, clarity, and tone.
• Maintain a high standard of English language quality across all deliverables.
• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other specialists.
• Provide actionable editorial insights and written recommendations.
• Contribute analyses and recommendations to improve AI training datasets.
• Complete assignments within defined project timelines while maintaining consistency and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing, editing, or evaluating text-based content.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field, or prior experience teaching English.
• Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to identify differences between human-written and AI-generated content.
• Experience with content assessment, editorial review, proofreading, or quality assurance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability within Australia / Asia-Pacific time zones is preferred for project coverage.
