We’re looking for a Content Strategist & Editor who understands that balance—someone who can take real-life moments and turn them into intentional, high-performing content that converts.
Role Overview
You will work closely with a Fashion Designer, public figure, and music artist, capturing and shaping lifestyle content into structured, strategic storytelling.
This includes content built around:
- Travel
- Luxury shopping and brand interactions
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Daily routines and “soft life” content
- Music studio sessions
- Fashion design– Fittings, photo shoots, sketches
- Boutique ownership/entrepreneurial journey– Trade shows, capsule planning etc.
Your responsibility is to turn these moments into content that captures attention, builds connection, and leads to action.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy focused on growth and conversions
- Plan and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks and clear storytelling
- Capture and organize lifestyle content in real-time environments
- Turn everyday moments into desire-driven narratives that support product sales
- Build and execute content funnels (awareness → desire → trust → conversion)
- Integrate Lavissh's boutique products and offers in a way that feels natural, not forced
- Identify digital products and brand partnership opportunities
- Stay aligned with trends across fashion, music, and luxury lifestyle content
- Track performance and optimize content based on what actually works
- Maintain consistent content planning and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
You should be able to:
- Create content that makes people want the lifestyle—and then take action
- Balance aesthetic, storytelling, and selling without overdoing any one of them
- Think beyond posting—understanding why content performs and how it converts
- Turn simple moments into high-impact, engaging content
- Approach content with both a creative and strategic mindset
- Prioritize brand partnerships, music promotion, digital products, and boutique sales when planning, editing, and scheduling content, ensuring every post supports a clear business objective.
Requirements
- Experience in content strategy, editing, or social media marketing
- Strong skills in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms
- Understanding of engagement, performance metrics, and content optimization
- Ability to plan, organize, and schedule content consistently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environments
- Demonstrated ability to turn social media content into measurable revenue through product sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships, affiliate marketing marketing, event sales, and digital products.
Bonus If You
- Can capture or direct content in real-time settings (travel, events, photo shoots, shopping)
